1. This surgical procedure is performed when the patient has the most severe condition, i.e. hemorrhoids of 3rd and 4th grade

 

2. Using the LigaSure device and electrodes (Vessel sealing system), the surgeon seals hemorrhoids and the redundant tissue. This way, the procedure goes without bleeding, and surgical defects (wounds) are minimal.

 

3. Pain is present in the postoperative period, but it is of much lower intensity in comparison to the classic surgical procedure.
